This term as you know for our PBL we have been learning about the future and what it will ask of us.
And this is the invite I have sent to my parents for our PBL .

Volentering !

This week we went volentering for the chch city councily .

I and some others were painting over grafity round a spacific area !

I think it was fun but very tireing .

We hade help from Mrs Rouny and Kayla's dad .

The council had to do more importent jobs before this so we ( Kuapeka ) volentered !

We got given drink bottles for helping and choclate blocks from food bank .

This term for my naritive ( on future ) was on WW3 .

Reading slides

I have been working on my reading slides .
I have been reading a novel called Dead Harry and it is a great book .

Narrative plane

This is my plane for my future narrative ( writing about the future ) .
my writing is on WW3 ( world war 3 ) .

Reading create task .

For reading this week our goal is ...
Visualize using all of the senses, and talk about how this enriches meaning .
So we made a little thing out of paper where one side you write what the author says and than on the
other side you draw what you visualize .

Here is one of the quote's I found in the story, The lion, witch and the wardrobe .
This is very queer . ( strange odd )

It was a very short version of THE LION WITCH AND THE WARDROBE .

I think it was a good short story and it was well done and it was very detailed for such a short version of a long story !

My science project

We have been doing some science experiments .
For my science I have been doing Heart Rate . Here is some of my calculations .

Harry had done a 3 min walk, star jumps, sit ups and a 3 min sprint .
after each exercise his heart rate was tested, and up there are the answers 🠉 !
